RPC BPI Recycled Products was taken over in 2019 by Berry Global, making us one of the world’s largest film and rigid packaging manufacturers. Berry has 295 sites worldwide operating in over 250 countries and employing roughly 48,000 employees.The site is accredited to the following standards:

Test Facilities Description
• Melt flow index (MFI) to calculate the melt of the material• Moisture Analyser (testing for weight difference/moisture content within a sample).
• Impact Resistance tester to test film resistance against impact.
• Tensile Tester to test for tensile strength.
We have a range of other testing facilities available to us throughout the wider Berry bpi group.

Material Notes
Particularly interested in the following:– Polythene transit waste from commercial sources.
– Redundant packaging film.
– Polythene production waste.
– Farm films
– Horticultural films
– Construction films
– Blow moulding HDPE
Baled and reeled film is preferred, but granulate and shredded material may be acceptable.
At most sites only light soiling and paper labels are acceptable.

Product Notes
As well as producing pellet we also manufacture a range of building films including Visqueen damp proof membranes, gas barriers and protective sheetings. One of our biggest selling products is our ‘Ecomembrane’ produced from 100% recycled content.We also have a range of sustainable recyclable polymers sold under the brand Sustane. The aim of these is to replace virgin polymers without reducing the quality of the product.

The minimum collection quantity is 4 tonnes, full artic loads preferred. Material must be on reels, baled or boxed. Loose material in rolls can be accepted by prior arrangement.Location Map
