DEFRA and PackUK Release Collection of Guidance Documents for pEPR

DEFRA and PackUK published a consolidated collection of guidance for stakeholders affected by Extended Producer Responsibility for Packaging (pEPR) on 11 July 2025.

The guidance is designed to support a range of groups impacted by the legislation, including producers, compliance schemes, local authorities, reprocessors, exporters, material facilities, and online marketplaces.
