Summary of Responses on Reforming the Waste Carrier, Broker and Dealer Registration System

In late October 2023, DEFRA published the government’s response to a consultation on a proposed reform to the waste carrier, broker and dealer registration system in England. This follows the January 2022 consultation the current system and its impacts on illegal waste activities.
